We’re a surf school for everyone, regardless of your level – beginner, intermediate, or advanced. We understand everyone has a goal when they go out on the water, and we are 100 percent focused on helping you achieve it.
Our surfing lessons are two-hour sessions at Pueuna Point Beach Park or Chuns Reef, depending on the swells and time of year. We provide a safe, fun experience and guarantee that you will stand on a surfboard and ride a wave by the end of your first session.

All lessons are custom experiences tailored to your skill level. Our goal is to provide the best surfing lessons on the North Shore by ensuring safety and fun with lots of wave riding.
Our instructors can help you improve your surfing skills at every level — beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Lessons will differ based on your abilities, and all offer skill-building opportunities and a fun, safe experience on the water.
Beginner – Learn the basics of the sport: paddle, stand, and balance on a surfboard successfully
Intermediate –Dive deeper into the world of surfing and improve your range of skills. Learn more about maneuvering the surfboard, ocean currents, surfing etiquette and properly finding and riding waves on your own.
Advanced – Further master the sport and develop your skills. We will provide you with the best surf spot on the north shore that day according to your skills. This is for the intermediate surfer looking to take there surfing to the next level and get the full north shore experience.
Before each lesson, we’ll discuss your experience, skills, and goals to ensure we work on the areas that matter most for your level.
We are a small school that hires local Hawaiian professional surfers/watermen with lifelong knowledge of the Oahu waters (and waves) to ensure we provide the best surf lessons on the North Shore.
Our school has six to seven instructors, depending on the season, and all are experienced teachers.
People from all over the world are qualified to teach surfing, but we prefer to keep our roster local. To us, it provides you with a more authentically Hawaiian experience, and we’re comfortable that our team members know the North Shore waters. It improves their ability to teach and assure your safety.
